If you are a non-member interested in the benefits of membership, you may include membership dues for the current year (07/01/2020 - 06/30/2021) in your registration total and become eligible for the member conference fee rate at this time.
If you are registering for the conference but have not yet made your hotel or travel arrangements, please contact our national office as soon as they are confirmed. The annual planning committee is pleased to offer complimentary shuttle service between El Paso International Airport and our three conference hotels on Wednesday, July 21, for arrivals and Sunday, July 25, for depatures.
If you are in need of shuttle services, but plan to arrive by train or bus, please contact the office directly.
If you are a priest or deacon who wishes to concelebrate or assist in our conference liturgies, please contact Fr. Kevin Waymel at kwaymel@rcdlc.org or at (575)523-7577 to submit your Letter of Suitability (good standing).
Deadline for submission is May 21, 2021.Planning meals for a four day conference can be a challenge, especially for those with specific dietary needs. For your convenience, we offer our attendees the option to purchase a meal plan which includes seven meals throughout the conference. We build our prices based on the following formula:
